Singapore TOURIST Visa Checklist

A valid passport with at least six months validity from your date of entry into Singapore. (A photocopy of your passport bio-data page.)
One visa form (Form 14A) duly filled and signed by the applicant.
With passport-sized colour photographs taken within last 3 months taken against plain white background without shadows. Clear and in focus, 35mm wide by 45mm high, without any borders. Full face with the upper shoulders visible, facing forward with eyes open.
Cover letter explaining the purpose of visit and signed by the applicant. (Letter have to be address to “The Visa Officer Singapore High Commission New Delhi)
Bank Statement Last 6 Months(With Bank Stamp & Sign)
Occupation proof –
If Business Person-
Company Letterhead or Visiting Card
If Salaried Person -
Last 3 months Salary Slip
Office Id card
Leave Certificate & NOC from the Employer on company letter head with seal & signed by authorized signatory
If Children travelling with parents-
School or college I Card
NOC or Leave Letter from School or college
School dairy holiday list
If somebody is Inviting-
Invitation letter (Please mentioned relation, his personal details and contact details)
Passport and Valid visa copy
Resident Card/ FIN Card No.

Please note one photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across; the second photograph should be attached with a gem clip.

Invitation letter from the company in Singapore.
Inviting company in Singapore also needs to complete the V39A Form, it is a mandatory requirement.
